Welding & Riveting
We can also manufacture grouped products through assembly processes such as spot welding, gas metal arc welding, and riveted joining.
Our Assembly Processes
We produce multi-part grouped products by mounting bolts, nuts, pins, or another sheet metal part onto the output of the press. We achieve this through the following assembly processes.
Spot Welding
Spot welding is a method of joining two metal surfaces at a point by clamping them between electrode tips and passing a brief, high electric current through them. We use it to mount bolts, nuts, and other sheet metal parts to one another.
Gas Metal Arc Welding
Gas metal arc welding is a method in which a consumable wire electrode is melted under a shielding gas atmosphere to join two parts with a continuous weld seam. We use it for the welded joining of the sheet metal parts we produce.
Riveted Joining
In riveted joining, two sheet metal parts are mechanically interlocked by clamping a rivet placed between them under a press. Since there is no heat input, the parts show no thermal distortion or discoloration, resulting in a durable, permanent connection.
