Die Design
Starting from the customer's technical drawing, 3D data, or physical sample, we prepare the die design from scratch in a 3D CAD environment.
Die Manufacturing
After design approval, we complete the die manufacturing stage in our tool shop, using precision equipment such as CNC milling machines, grinding, and wire EDM.
Sheet Metal Production
After die approval, we carry out series production on our eccentric presses, in line with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards.
Welding & Riveting
We can also manufacture grouped products through assembly processes such as spot welding, gas metal arc welding, and riveted joining.
